Welcome to one of Moab's nicest nightly rentals!

Our spacious and IMMACULATE two-level town home has been newly furnished and decorated--not your typical rental! Tastefully appointed to make it your home away from home.

Why stay in a one-room hotel when you can experience the comfort of a three-bedroom town home with a kitchen, two car garage, and personal laundry facilities for less?

Our town home has a master suite with a king-size bed, its own spacious two vanity private bath, and flat-screen TV and DVD player. A walk-out balcony provides breath-taking views of the La Sal mountains and the Moab Rim.

The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed.

The third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share an adjacent full sized bathroom. Our unit can comfortably sleep six.

The main floor contains a cozy living room with two leather sofas nestled around a gas burning fireplace and a flat-screened television. A comfortable dining area seats six and breakfast bar seats four. A half bath is located on this level.

If you enjoy cooking, we have a fully equipped kitchen.

Have to do laundry? A high-efficiency washer and dryer is included for your convenience.

The two car garage enables you to store gear and other items securely. It also features a bike rack and repair stand for cycling enthusiasts. Local area maps are displayed highlighting Moab's great outdoor activities.

After a fun-filled day of outdoor activities you can relax by the pool and hot-tub, while the kids enjoy the playground. For those who enjoy more traditional sports, take advantage of the lighted tennis and basketball court. Or just plain unwind on the condo's private patio with a glass of your favorite beverage!

**Included in the nightly rental is a 10% daily bike rental discount coupon provided by, Poison Spider Bicycles.

We spent Thanksgiving at this condo and had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space was cozy with a fireplace. Our teens enjoyed the hot tub and basketball court. The two-car garage was nice to store our bikes. We had a very comfortable and memorable holiday.

Quiet with great amenities

Love that even though it was a busy week in Moab the property was very quiet. Very spacious and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals and loved having multiple bathrooms with showers.

Comfort and great location!

This condo is in a charming development with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim. It is clean and comfortable, and the owner provides a lot of helpful information about Moab. The location off Spanish Valley Drive is convenient for our road-biking needs, and the drive into town was easy. We will stay here again!

Wonderful time in Moab

We've been to Moab multiple times but first time in winter! Karen's condo was very clean and comfortable for us and two children. We will definitely stay again. My wife loved her Denby collection.

This is a beautiful condo with great amenities located convenient for excursions in SE Utah.

We stayed for 3 days in Late Sept as our base camp for trips to Canyonlands and Arches NPs. The Condo was extremely modern with a great club house, pool, Grill, and laundry as well as a quiet peaceful place to rest. Karen was great to work with and I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

Great Oasis!

We really enjoyed relaxing at the clean and comfortable townhouse after a day of hiking in the heat of Utah. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs and the garage was an added plus. The pool was a quick walk away and the scenery surrounding the complex was stunning. Perfect place to stay in Moab

Our family loved the condo! Karen was very thoughtful to check in with us and make sure everything was good. A light was out in the garage and she replaced it right away. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio and sitting around the fireplace. Lots of space for our family of 5. We can't wait to come back!!
