The Space:

Motifs of ancient rock art greet you in the colorful décor of spacious Krystal Kiva! As you settle in to this fully-carpeted abode, you’ll discover Spirit Bear, Lizard, Bighorn Sheep, Coyote, and Kokopelli, the mythological flute player of southwestern Native American cultures. The Great Room has a soaring loft ceiling and large picture windows with superb views of Moab Valley’s west rim. After a full day, relax on the comfortable sofa and loveseat in front of the corner, gas-log fireplace while you watch cable TV.

The dining table seats six and there are two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The light pine cabinets of the airy, U-shape kitchen are stocked with new Fiesta dinnerware and all the cookware and utensils needed to rustle up a big western meal. Appliances include 2-door refrigerator w/top freezer, gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender. Don’t forget to try the gas barbecue grill on your gated, enclosed patio. You’ll have a fabulous view of the sunset as you gather around the tile-top picnic table. Across the patio gate, you will also have a great view of the east wall of Moab Valley, with Wilson Mesa and the La Sal Mountains rising up behind.



The huge Master bedroom has a wall of west-facing windows, overhead light w/ventilating fan and a brand-new, 4-poster King bed. A 6-drawer dresser, computer desk/chair, and a TV round off the furnishings. The en suite Master bathroom has a carpeted, dual-sink vanity/dressing area, a walk-in clothes closet, and a double shower with two sit-down benches. For privacy, there is a separate commode room.



The second and third bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a full tub/shower and a large sink/vanity. The second bedroom has a Double bed, 3-drawer dresser, full closet, and a mini stereo with CD/cassette/radio. The third bedroom provides a Double/Twin bunk bed; a 3-drawer dresser, clothes closet; and a clock radio w/CD player.



Completing the amenities of Krystal Kiva is the separate laundry room with Amana washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. From here, a convenient interior door opens into the double garage, where you can safely store your vehicles and equipment. There’s space for parking two additional vehicles in the driveway, if needed.



No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.



Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.

loved the place, location, condo, arrangement . rooms were very clean, perfectly organized. kids also enjoyed the relaxing stay. price showed in the vrbo site was less then actual charge. may be due to long weekend changes . but other than that everything was perfect.

Great, with some caveats

A little dated but the bed and bathroom were great. That is the main thing folks care about imho. Some improvements as a suggestion would be garage door openers, a deadbolt with keyed access instead of a lockbox. (didn't see it at first) and towels in the kitchen instead of just paper towels.

Eh, it was a place to stay

After a long day at Arches NP we bought a couple take and bake pizzas instead of going out because we were exhausted to find that the oven didn't work. After calling, emailing, and texting with no reply, we went back out and got other stuff to eat, frustrating. Property managers texted back the next morning. Dishes were dirty, floors were dirty, just a place to stay, it was fine. After staying in the same complex across the way, that place was excellent BTW, this one paled in comparison.

This was a great place to stay. 2 issues - toilet in main bathroom needs some attention as it was a bit difficult to flush. Also, we never found any hot pads in the kitchen. Other than that it was wonderful.

Great property with spacious accommodations near the Moab city center. The only improvements I can think of are directions to the recycle/trash could have been more specific and it is easy to drive by the neighborhood at night as the building color blends in and the entrance is not well lit. But you only have that issue once.

Very well equipped for everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The hot tub situation was a disappointment. The tub is very small for so many condos.

Excellent stay @ Moab, thanks VRBO and Property Manager Tom.

We spent (total 7, 4 adults and 3 kids) 3 nights @ Moab, due to winter storm, we got the extended same property for 2 more days at very less $$$ ANother point to note: We got an upgrade when we booted (due to our property was not ready) - the upgrade was awesome!!! The last point, Property Manager Tom was really helpful, emails and calls were very efficient for the communication with Tom. I will definitely recommend this property + VRBO Cheers!!! -Arvind

This place was very cozy and we loved having the big two car garage for our Jeeps. We didn't remember to print and bring the check in sheet and wish that part could be all online.

This is a beautiful property which was very clean and well furnished. It is in a beautiful location and very convenient. I don't know why I'd ever stay in an expensive Moab hotel again with my family when a place like this is so much better and less expensive. I would go back to this beautiful condo any time we return to Moab.

Needs a thorough cleaning/upgrade.

The sofa, loveseat needs to be replaced or cleaned as it is very dirty. The carpet also needs to be cleaned. The queen size mattress in the 2nd bedroom was like a soup bowl as two people cannot sleep together as the both roll into the center. The kitchen utensils we in short supply so you are constantly washing items. The cleaning service did do a good job of having the kitchen and bathrooms clean. I have since mentioned all of this to the property manager and they said they will address all these issues.
