There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the room had a smell of mold. Staff was very friendly.

The bed could use more cush. I asked for extra blankets and was given mattress covers. We had to go down to get them. Front desk staff may want to walk the floors again so they can accurately tell guests where the rooms are, views from the rooms and which rooms are near the elevators.

Heavy foot traffic around property and it right next to major highway off ramp. Bathrooms were not cleaned well. However staff and breakfast was great.

Overall, the experience was good. However, as we arrived, there was a man outside screaming and talking to himself by the road. There was also a security guard talking to three women about a dispute. Also, the front desk worker was checking out the security cameras. Had me a bit shaken up on arrival, for sure. I realize that’s not the hotel’s fault, though. Again, overall the experience was good. Two things stand out though. Tile floors in the first floor common areas and walkways were very dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Muddy boot footprints all down the floors. We stayed on two separate nights, Friday and Sunday. When we left on Monday morning, the floors were still dirty. The walkway to the elevator on the first floor is dark and very poorly lit, so much so that we questioned if we were allowed to walk that way. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good and those areas were very clean. The staff was all very kind.

Overall, was a good experience. We stayed 2 nights. As we arrived, there was a man outside screaming and talking to himself. Had me a bit shaken up for sure to arrive with that. I realize that’s not the hotel’s fault, though. Again, the overall experience was good. Two things though, the floors were very dirty in the first floor common areas and walkways like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Muddy boot prints all down the walkway. We stayed 2 separate nights, Friday and Sunday and was still dirty on the Monday morning when we left. There’s also a very very strong perfume fragrance throughout the hotel that is very overwhelming.

Great place to stay.

Location was convenient to I-65,downtown Mobile and Bel-Air Mall. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Price was reasonable. We will stay there again on our next visit.
