A little hard to find at night but otherwise, clean & has everything needed for an overnight stay while traveling. The lady at check in was very friendly & efficient.

I liked nothing about this property, I stayed here in the past me and my husband and other family members and the quilty of the facility is in really poor condition from the parking lot and beyond the front door their are all kind of building codes cleaning issues. Not enuff staff nor the proper materials to work with the curtains are filthy old torn the sheets the blankets and not to speak about the carpets are bleached the door safety looks are broken and the pool area is not clean and the hot tube doesn't even work its has been boarded up the ratings are way above what they should because I would've never stayed nor bought other family members to stay it was very embarrassing once we went to our rooms and the smells in the room would run you out the place pictures are deceiving and so are ratings please fix this place up.

The room was very musty, floor was damp, and it smelled like mildew. The biggest problem was the person working the front desk. First off, there was no one there when we arrived and no bell to ring. We tried calling the phone number but no one picked up. We waited for over 30 minutes before someone came to help us. Once she did arrive she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge that no one had been at the desk to help us. After we went to the room and noticed the issues with it I went back to the desk and she was gone again. This time it only took 15 minutes for her to return but when I asked if we could have another room she said the had no available rooms (there’s no way this place was sold out) and that every room was going to be like the one we had. So she basically admitted every room in the hotel smells of mildew and mold.

It was ok but unlike most places I’ve stayed breakfast where breakfast starts at 6am they didn’t start till 7am. When you stepped out into the hallway of our room it was boiling hot and there was a big fan in the hallway. The elevator took forever to go from one floor to the next The sheer curtain was shredded and the window seal was nasty. The air didn’t get very cold but was ok. Walls are paper thin. The complementary shampoo and conditioner in the show was empty that’s why I always bring my own.

Not as pictured.. pool needs a lot of work. Can hear everything, including the man in the next room over snoring all night. Staff was friendly. Rooms need to be updated and fixed up.

The room smelled awful. It was like a combination of BO and Old Bay seasoning. The toilet base was covered in caulk and surrounded by broken tiles. The door to the bathroom was like cardboard and didn’t close well. Breakfast was standard, not bad but not good. Fine if you’re looking for a cheaper stay and don’t mind the disrepair it’s in.
