This is the upper floor of a two story historic building with a BALCONY. The unit has its own separate entrance and is well appointed with high end décor and art. There is a separate downstairs unit (not shared, but can be booked and combined upon request if available).
* OFF STREET PARKING in the heart of downtown with close views of high rises.
* Sleeps 6! There are two bedrooms (king bed) (queen bed and sofa bed) and one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no tub) and double sinks.

Authentic Mobile downtown charm
The host made our stay experience very easy and simple. The place is an antique and you feel as though you have been transported back into time. There are the modern conveniences like a tv and microwave but the old brick walls, furniture and artwork tells the story of mobile past. The location is perfect for walking about the downtown area and there tons of great restaurants. Grab a drink on the 34th floor of the trust tower for an amazing view of the river. Thanks for having us.

I sent the property manager, Ken, a question. Instead of answering my question, he booked his property for me and requested payment.

Conference Weekend with a Freind
Love, love, love this property!! A friend and myself stayed at this property while in town for a conference. It is within walking distance from the convention center and centrally located to restaurants and activities that were scheduled downtown. This property is amazing! It is very quaint, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Even though it only has one bathroom, the bathroom is huge and easily accommodates multiple guests. We will definitely stay here if we are ever in Mobile again!

Very cool and artistic. Great location with easy walk to every place. We never moved the car from the parking spot in front. Super comfortable beds in large spaces. We will stay there again our next time through.

Anniversary
This was one of the most interesting VRBO's we have ever stayed at. The furnishings and decorations were all perfect for the building. It was centrally located so getting out to sightsee was very easy. Two of the most exceptional features were the king size bed and the amazing shower. If we are ever back in Mobile we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment near many downtown activities
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The check-in was easy. The furnishings were amazing. Loved the outdoor porch with table and chairs. It was an easy walk to the downtown restaurants.
