We were not told the pool was down before checking in and the rooms smelled of mildew. I’m hopeful I can get a refund for NOT STAYING. The front desk girl could careless.

Reservation was made through Travelocity and there was no record of the reservation at the hotel. I had a confirmation number from Travelocity and the hotel could not use that number to find the reservation. We were lucky that they still had a suite for us to get. The room was clean but the bath tub was clogged. The hotel did respond and maintenance took care of the clogged tub.

Awesome

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and nice. Room service was there each day, but we weren't left with dishwasher detergent after the initial day and we cooked in the room and drank coffee so we kept running out. Also didn't have new trash bags each day even though they took the trash. Other than that, they were good. The breakfast and evening socials were things we didn't expect. The breakfast was a full breakfast that filled us up each day we got started. We didn't attend the evening socials being that we had 8 kids. We weren't sure if kids were supposed to be there. It was nice that my husband and I had an option for that though. When we needed extra towels, the staff was always accommodating and didn't fuss. Thank you!
