Conveniently located next to the train station. The place seems to have been remodeled. Good price for 2 bedroom/1bath. Location is half mile from center (a bit sketchy but it’s fine).

Das Gebäude ist sehr groß und der Zugang ist gut gesichert. Die Wohnung (4. Etage)war geräumig und soweit in gutem Zustand. Ein paar Mängel baulicher Seite (z.B. Waschtisch im Bad) und die Wasserzufuhr der Dusche könnten verbessert werden. Sehr gut war die Möglichkeit der Klimatisierung. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist verkehrstechnisch gut, allerdings wirkt es nach einem Problemviertel (wie meistens an Bahnhöfen). Alfredo spricht gut Englisch und die Kommunikation ist über Telefon/WhatsApp gut möglich.
