Make sure to get a working A/C

Pros: Location is wonderful. Very well situated in relation to Modena and its sites.
Cons: Rooms need updating. A/C's need attention.
Location: Modena has some very fine restaurants and great site seeing.
The room needs remodeling. Windows block out noise from outdoors weel. However, you will hear your neighbors. Lovely staff.
