A 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with terrace all around the front, situated 200 meters from the beach and 1 minute walk from the marina. Close to all shops and restaurants.

It is found on the second floor of an elegant building, a few steps from the marina of Mogan .In the large living room we find a sofa , Lcd Tv. and an open plan modern kitchen.

The strategic position will allow you to easily walk to all major points of interest. Here you will find shops, wine bars and restaurants where you can start enjoying the Gran Canarian sun.
Puerto de Mogán is an area with a marine tradition which because of its unique setting and natural beauty, has evolved into one of the most beautiful urban settlements of the Canary Islands. The marina, where many international sailing enthusiasts converge, has 225 moorings and is an excellent sailing spot, making the port of Mogán an unforgettable place.

For those interested in culture, a walk thorough the streets of the centre is recommended, to see the church of Saint Anthony (Iglesia de San Antonio), built inThe church includes a beautiful wooden carving and statues of Saint Anthony of Padua and the Immaculate Conception.
