This luxury accommodation, elegantly furnished, is immersed in a lush garden with a vast citrus grove. It offers both a wood-fired oven and a barbecue, both internally and externally. The villa is surrounded by nature, but is conveniently located close to the city center and the train station. B&B Samarelle boasts a large lounge with a spectacular window overlooking the garden and a stone fireplace. WiFi is free, and there is free private parking. The property has 4 bedrooms, including a luxurious master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom and access to a panoramic terrace. The other bedrooms include two double bedrooms and a ground floor bedroom with three single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, and there is also a washing machine. The villa offers three complete bathrooms with bidet and shower. But what makes it truly special is the large terrace overlooking the suggestive Lama di Molfetta, a green oasis in the heart of the city. Furthermore, our guests can enjoy access to the sea just 1 km away at the "Trullo Beach" lido, with which we have an agreement.

We loved the house, especially the outdoors area. The Living Room and kitchen also very nice and spacious. Leaving Breakfast and waters/ coffee/juice- is a very nice touch! *** One negative- where are the Trash cans?

nous avons été confronté à plusieurs problèmes qui ont eu un impact négatif sur notre séjour. Tout d'abord, malgré la taille adéquate de la maison et le respect des critères d'espace tels que le nombre de chambres et de salles de bains, nous avons rencontré des problèmes majeurs, dont un en particulier qui nous a causé un préjudice considérable. Problèmes de propreté et d'hygiène (Très important et inquiétant) La maison était clairement négligée en termes d'entretien. Nous avons constaté une absence flagrante d'hygiène, avec la présence de punaises de lit dans les matelas. Plusieurs d'entre nous ont été victimes de piqûres spécifiques confirmées par un pharmacien. A notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été effectué, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la maison. Nous avons trouvé de la poussière et de la saleté sur la terrasse, le mobilier de jardin, etc. Le réfrigérateur était sale et le congélateur était complètement envahi par 4 centimètres de glace. Il était donc inutilisable, car il ne parvenait pas à congeler les aliments correctement. Appareils / fournitures défectueux ou inutilisables mis à disposition La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le lave-linge était obsolète et rouillé. Le sèche-cheveux était cassé et la prise d'alimentation ne correspondait pas aux normes italiennes. La douche de la salle d'eau commune au premier étage était difficilement utilisable en raison de sa taille (60 cm x 60 cm) et de l'accès étroit de moins de 30

Très belle propriété avec de beaux volumes, entourée d'un écrin de verdure. On s'y sent bien. Hôte sympathique et disponible malgré notre arrivée tardive.
