Access is via a private gate with manual key, leading to a cozy outdoor sitting area surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation—perfect for relaxing from the very first moment.
Inside, the open-space living area welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa, a 40" Hisense Smart TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with peninsula. Large glass doors open directly onto the garden, where a covered veranda offers a dining table, chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower—ideal for enjoying meals and moments of relaxation in total privacy.
The sleeping area on the ground floor includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds, served by a bathroom with shower.
