We had a great stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful for what we needed. We were given a free room upgrade. Parking was a bit challenging for bigger vehicle but had agreed short stay overall.

We loved staying right in the heart of the pedestrian village, just steps from the lift, shops, and patios. Our room was bright, spotless, and had gorgeous views. Breakfast was plentiful, and the friendly staff made our stay even better. The only downside was only one elevator was working during renovations, so wait times were a bit long. Still, we had such a great experience and will definitely return soon!

check in attendant was not accommodating . ( she) i forgot to take down her name? very limited space for hundred of people to eat breakfast at the same time and also has a few selection of food. but the GUY was very helpful i also don't know his name but when i called the front desk to ask supplies like towels .. he brought us a load of towels and toiletries. thank you!

Used to be a good hotel years ago — not anymore. Rude staff, slow check-in, broken elevator, broken ice machine, and a terrible breakfast. Way overpriced for the poor service and outdated facilities. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Excellent sĂ©jour en famille , le service Ă©tait super et l’acceuil Ă©tait chaleureux. On est arrivĂ© Ă  l’hĂŽtel 14 hres , la chambre Ă©tait prĂȘte et on nous a laissĂ© faire le check in sans problĂšme ,j’ai vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ©. C’est sĂ»r qu’on y retournera 😊😊

Le personnel faisait de son mieux mais l'administration nĂ©glige l entretien de l Ă©tablissement, vieux meubles cassĂ©s (mon Ă©pouse s'est tappĂ© la jambe contre la table du salon et s'est blessĂ©e Ă  cause que le meuble Ă©tait cassĂ© et tranchant comme un couteau) poussiĂšre, odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la chambre, canapĂ© sale, lit inconfortable, drap tachetĂ© de sang, pas de dentifrice dans la sale de bain (nous avons demandĂ© et ils nous ont fourni), papier toilette accrochĂ© rouleau presque terminĂ©, machine Ă  capsule ne fonctionne pas. Piscine pas entretenu, trop de chlore, des reste de cafĂ© des client sous les chaises non ramassĂ© jusqu'au lendemain. Petit dĂ©jeuner dĂ©sagrĂ©able et pauvre, sale de dejeuner trop petite, y avait au moins 120 personnes qui faisait la queue pendant 20 minutes pour pourvoir se servir, une seule machine Ă  toast, pas assez de table, les gens portaient leurs assiettes dans leurs chambre, pas de climatisation dans la salle Ă  manger. Pour presque 400$ la nuit on s'y attendait Ă  un service et une qualitĂ© supĂ©rieure malheureusement meme un petit motel ferai beaucoup mieux. C est la premiĂšre et derniĂšre fois pour nous dans cet "hĂŽtel", un week-end gĂąchĂ© pour nous. S'il y a un moyen d'ĂȘtre remboursĂ© nous seront bien preneurs car ca ne merite meme pas 100$ la nuit.
