The AC of the entire hotel wasn’t working during a heat wave. Sleeping conditions with kids were so unsafe as everyone was sweating thru the whole night two nights in a row. This is unacceptable and no refund offered either

Excellent family hotel with well maintained pool, garden access rooms, and fully equipped suites at the bottom of Mont Tremblant village. We’ve enjoyed this hotel several years now, staff always accommodating.

Summer break

Loft gets pretty hot and the older AC units cannot keep up. Our room smelled like dog. Carpet and furniture was worn. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tubs were good. Location is perfect. Staff were very helpful.

It was ok, the hotel and rooms feel outdated and could use a refresh. There seems to be no sound isolation, every room door opening and closing what seems to be in the entire hotel was very loudly heard in the room. People walking upstairs sounded like an elephant party, I’ve never experienced something like this before. Breakfast was meh. The pool looks much bigger in photos, it’s super small. Positives, the location is good. Service is friendly.
