Very beautiful cottage "Bricco delle Rondini", renovated in 2019, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 25 km from the centre of Alba, 5 km from the centre of Montà d'Alba, 26 km from the centre of Asti, in an elevated position. For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (9 x 6 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 25 km, railway station "Villafranca d'Asti" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 26 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Sehr freundliche, gastfreundliche Hauseigentümer, ruhige Lage in schöner Umgebung, sehr wertige Ausstattung. Gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Monta und Umgebung.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem gepflegtem Pool

Das Haus und der Pool sind wirklich sehr schön und alles ist super gepflegt. Der Ort und die Ortschaften drum herum sind super verschlafen und wirken sogar recht verlassen. Mit der super netten Gastgeberfamilie kann man über ein Übersetzungsprogramm kommunizieren, sollte man kein italienisch können.

Sehr unkomplizierte und nette Vermieter, großartiger Pool, sehr schön renoviertes Haus, nur die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, wenn man richtig kochen möchte. Sonst alles bestens.

Te weinig keukengerief!

Er was heel weinig keukengerei, 6 wijnglazen, enkele waterglazen en 6 diepe en 6 platte borden, en 6 dessertborden. 1grote kookpot 32cm, één steelpannetje en 2 braadpannen, enkele plastic kommen die je niet in de microgolf kan zetten en een vierkante schotel die niet in de micro kon omdat die ronddraaide. Je kon nog geen wortel raspen. Aangezien de eigenaar naast het huis woont gingen we een extra kookpot vragen, maar die kregen we niet wegens "corona?" Er is maar 1 restaurant in de naaste omge.

Wir verlebten tolle Urlaubstage in einen wunderschönen, detailgetreu und liebevoll sanierten Ferienhaus in Piemont. Die Ausstattung wurde sorgfältig ausgewählt und ist von hochwertiger Qualität. In jahrelanger Arbeit wurde mit viel Herzblut ein wahres Schmuckstück erschaffen. Herzlichen Dank für Alles.
