For shared use: property 7'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lounge, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house on the premises.
