The house features a living/dining room with a panoramic window that offers a great view of the surroundings, furnished with a sofabed (120 cm), an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. There are three bedrooms in the house, two of which have air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed, shower, bidet, toilet, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two beds and air conditioning, while the third bedroom has a double bed, shower, toilet, and air conditioning, with access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate shower, bidet, and toilet in the house.
