Lugar perfeito nota 10/10 . Passamos o final de semana eu ,meu esposo e 2 pets . Lugar perfeito para descansar e descontar. Conexão total com a natureza. Café da manhã perfeito !cada detalhe que mostra o quando foi preparado com amor. Os meninos , Felipe , Luiza e Thalita que nos atenderam são maravilhosos.

Estadia incrível, café da manhã muito bom, quarto confortável, porém sentimos um pouco de pó, acredito que dos cobertores e edredom. Mas num geral, o quarto é lindo com vista incrível, funcionários super atenciosos, vale muito a pena a visita!

Frustação!!!

Fiz a reserva através do Hotels.com, fiz contato com a Estalagem Tronador conforme orienta o site, a Proprietária Mariana, confirmou a reserva pediu os dados dos hóspedes e para minha surpresa quando chegamos disse que houve uma confusão e não tinha como nos acomodar na propriedade, oferecendo ficar no outro hotel que mantinham em Monte Verde a 36 KM de distância de onde me organizei para ficar, pois iria fazer negócios naquela região.DECEPCIONANTE !!!!!!!!!! Desorganização e falta de respeito com o cliente.

A pousada fica a 26km de Monte Verde ( estrada de terra), quando o site diz 6 km. Muito distante e isolado, estrada ruim. Indicado pra quem procura isolamento. A operadora não corrigiu o site mesmo tendo outra review indicando a distância errada. Propaganda enganosa.

Gostamos dos funcionários todos nota 10. A estalagem é maravilhosa, não temos que reclamar. Porém a estrada para chegar na estalagem é de barro e fica cerca de 27 km para chegar no centro de Monte Verde, isso não foi informado quando fiz a reserva, fora isso tudo lindo. Obs. Vá com um carro potente devido a estrada.
