At 4 km from Montefalco, a splendid village in the heart of green Umbria, within a farm owner with olive trees and vineyards, there is the Il Grappolo e la Rosa farmhouse. Recently renovated, the cottage is divided into apartments of different sizes. The Merlot apartment is a two-room apartment located on the ground floor, it has a double bedroom and entrance hall with kitchen, living room and two single sofa beds. A bathroom with shower. External porch furnished with table and chairs. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced garden, has a barbeque area, a children's play area, swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. Guaranteed parking space.

Cadre reposant
Idéalement situé dans la région de l'Ombrie, l'emplacement permet de visiter les superbes villages des environs. Logement idéal pour un couple, éventuellement avec deux enfants, il doit garder une certaine fraicheur en plein été. Oliviers et fleurs garnissent le jardin permettant détente et piscine pour les journées plus chaudes qu'en mai.
