Great place to stay in heart of Montefalco
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Perugino apartment. Although there was just the two of us, there was plenty of room for two more guests. Natalia was very helpful checking us in and out. And the lovely little hilltop town of Montefalco is a gem, we are pleased we chose to stay here. The people are so friendly, the surrounding countryside is beautiful, the wine divine and it is very close to a number of other small hilltop villages well worth exploring as well. The apartment kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking local produce purchased in the near by markets some nights. There are great options for dining out as well, only a few steps away at that. We particularly enjoyed our meal at L'Alchimista and would highly recommend eating here. It was a treat to have the garden area to laze in the sun with local snacks and wine for "Happy Hour" and we were very grateful to have the pool to cool off in every afternoon. All this within the walls of a super quaint medieval village. What more could you ask for. Thank you Micaela and Francesco for sharing your apartment and gorgeous village with us. We would love to return one day.
