La Foschia d`Estate is a spacious villa (280sq m) in the heart of the Abruzzo countryside with panoramic views of the mountains to the west and the sea to the east. It is only 25 minutes by car to the coast, and 50 minutes to the mountains for skiing or walking.. The house is at 350 meters high, which is a distinct advantage in high summer and usually there is a cooling breeze. The house is situated in a tiny hamlet, which boasts a small bar, shop and restaurant. There is a Jacuzzi idro massaggio spa pool with variable temperature to be hot in the winter and cold in the summer. It provides a therapeutic massage to relieve stress and aching muscles, and where you can sit and relax to enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside.

The house is offered for rental on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday during high season, and could comfortably sleep 7 people. If you would like to alter those booking days, please contact me before instant booking.
The master bedroom with double bed has an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms (double bed in one and three singles in the other) share a bathroom. The property would be most suitable for one large family, or 2 smaller families There are two reception rooms with Satellite TV, DVD, and a plug for Ipod connection. Internet is also provided. There is underfloor heating throughout for the winter and for added warmth, a woodburning stove.

There is a large and fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room including table and chairs, gas hob, electric oven and freestanding family–sized fridge. The utility room has a toilet as well as a washing machine, and there are three loggias to provide shade. One loggia is attached to the main bedroom, and one to the kitchen, the third opens directly into the reception rooms. There are spectacular panoramic views.
The property is not suitable for youth groups

The house is easily reached by flying to Pescara ((50 minutes) Ancona (100 minutes) Rome (120 minutes) all served by Ryanair, and then hiring a car.
