Dimora Montefiore, located in the Comune of Montefiore dell'Aso, is a splendid 19th century villa that has undergone skillful renovation. Natural colours and pure materials: stone, wood, exposed beams, resin flooring and cross vaults enrich the interior combined with a range of pale bright colours with great relaxing power. Finishing touches of quality and of contemporary design, unique and original details that confer and give out great charm. One floor of the villa, moreover, is totally dedicated to relaxation and psychophysical wellbeing with Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, emotional shower and a massage room with shower. Interior:
Dimora Montefiore consists of the main villa and an annex located on lower terracimg. VILLA: The villa is on three floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor composed of a sitting room with a wood-burning oven, a dining room with open-plan kitchen, a reading room and a guest bathroom. Also on the ground floor, but with independent entrances, are a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the laundry room. A resin staircase leads up to the first floor with a small sitting room with fireplace serving the sleeping area composed of: a suite with double bed and a whirlpool tub outside the bathroom, a design fireplace and a balcony overlooking the back of the villa. The suite includes an ens-uite bathroom with a shower and an infrared sauna. Completing the sleeping area are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and a triple bedroom, with beds that can be adapted according to needs, with en-suite bathroom with shower. The second floor is completely dedicated to relaxation with a Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna, an emotional shower and, in the opposite wing, a massage room with shower. ANNEX. Adjacent to the pool and just a few metres from the villa, it consists of a bar area and two bathrooms with shower. It is reached down a flight of steps inside the park.
Park:
The 5-hectare park was planned by a famous landscape designer with an important Italian garden, where great attention has been paid to detail with numerous brightly-coloured plants, including a large expanse of olive trees. It extends mainly over terracing arranged with fragrant cushions of lavender, over six thousand plants, and aromatic herbs. Also, the borders of the slopes have been realised with plants of Mediterranean scrub. A splendid pergola surrounds the property on two sides, with a dining area next to the kitchen set up and completed with a built-in barbecue and fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor dining area looks out over the scenic pond surrounded by lush vegetation. Finally, in a panoramic position, is a terrace arranged as a seating area with sofas where you can relax, lulled by the sounds of nature.
Swimming Pool:
Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, the splendid L-shaped infinity pool lies on the lower terracing of the property, in a discreet, sunny position. About 20 m from the villa, it is reached down a flight of travertine steps. Measuring 14 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m, it is lined in dark blue PVC and has salt purification, internal and external lighting and large steps for access to the water. The sunbathing area is paved in teak and equipped with comfortable sunbeds and an umbrella. There is an outdoor, hot and cold-water shower. Next to the pool is the annex with two bathrooms with shower and a bar area with ice machine for romantic, poolside apéritifs.
