Worst experience ! Booked a swim out room that our pool turned green ,asked for days to have It cleaned and they didn’t clean it for over 4 days so we where without the private pool we paid for ! Our AC in our room went out EVERY NIGHT ! We were not offered a new room till the very last day of our stay , spoke with the manager of the diamond club Kimberly who didn’t care and offered us a FAN ! The room smelled so bad like mildew , they put air fresheners in the vents to try and cover the smell ! Tiles falling off on the pool floor that my 5 year old Almost cut her foot open ! and I kept calling to speak with the general manager not just the manager Kimberly of the diamond club who didn’t care one bit about us and NO ONE would let me speak with the general manager . There own staff member said how rude most of the staff is , some are nice but it’s a hit or miss , also our back door lock fell off and piece of the sink which they had to come and fix . Went in the gift shop for a float for my daughter the sticker said $12 the worker ripped the sticker off and said no it’s $19 I was so upset I just left there gift shop with out It because I felt she was just trying to get over on me . On top of all this we were first brought to a room the the ceiling AC Was leaking for being (room 1102) brought to our room we had to stay in the whole trip (room 1106) and check ins 3:00 we didn’t get in a room till 4:30

This staff was truly amazing but the hotel it self is horrible. It’s a cheap MOTEL. The wall paint ect was chipping off into the shower and floor. The Sink faucet wasn’t connected to the sink, shower glass was dirty, shower head was spraying all angles but me. The room wasn’t like the picture it was small, the furniture looked old and was falling apart, the pull out couch isn’t a real couch. The balcony/ closet door is hard to close. The balcony glass isn’t attached to balcony door(unsafe). There was mold over the fish picture between the beds. The beds were a little hard. Most of the food taste cheap as if all the ingredients was bottom shelf (cheap products or old.

PROS: With so much going on with Covid I felt like the staff and rules that they kept enforced allow my family and I to feel safe and relaxed! Public spaces they politely enforced the use of masks and hand sanitizers! I also felt like the staff worked above and beyond so we could enjoy our stay! Shout out to our Butlers Nick & Tannisha! The service was beyond expectation! Traveling with 23 ppl with 4 birthdays they def. helped with planning and organization to ensure a successful celebration! Also big props to the girls at the front desk Tameka and Renee. They had the patience of saints and during trying times they always had a smile on! CONS: check-in time was long, with such a large group I felt like sometimes we were holding up other guests from check-in and check-out because there was only 2 agents for the Diamond Club. I also felt that because we booked thru a 3rd party site there was confusion because we were booked on the white sands and they hadn't open this side yet we were moved to BLUE WATERS (YAY) but because this was not communicated to us through travelocity or the hotel our transportation and room accommodations became a mess especially family with six people. Food time was also a bit slow at restaurant & room service was a bit of a mess, I would chalk this up to Covid PS: Please warm up the swim outs! Once again I cannot sing enough praises to the staff for their efforts and amazing service and the property was magnificent! perfectly landscaped & cared for!
