Sola

Office was closed at 5am so no coffee headed back to room to shower and NO hot water it was 39f in Monterrey that morning. Got taxi and headed to airport for coffee while rumpled and grumpy

Wors Experience in my life.

Was the worst experience in my life. The place doesn´t look at all like the pictures showed. It was horrible place, there was no receptionist for nearly an hour since we arrived. The reception was a disaster, when the woman arrived, she gave us the tv remote, but actually, there was no Tv!. There was broken glasses, debris everywhare, not working furniture, workers right behind the window making annoying noises.... Finally we didn´t cheked in, there was no waranties my thing would be ok at that disgusting place. And definelly i want my money back, please take a look at the pictures.
