The bathtub from the floor above me vigorously leaked into my room while the resident was draining his tub after his bath. They sent me a burnt cheese quesadillas and when I wanted them replaced, they never returned. I pre-booked a cab to the airport 2 days ahead for the morning I was leaving and they did not have it booked. The cab driver told me he was just called at that moment. I was 30 mins late to the airport for my international flight!! You have to schedule ahead of time to sit in the jacuzzi at the spa AMD PAY EXTRA TO DO SO!!! On top of the expensive price for the room. It was NOTHING special!
