`I’m very proud of the projects I’ve completed over the past 40 years, but this one holds immeasurable sentimental value. I was born in this house more than 60 years ago, and I’ve always carried it in my heart. I’ve travelled the world, absorbing different ideas and styles, and I’ve applied them here, in the home of my childhood. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do.` – The Owner.

The living spaces are spread over two levels. On the second floor, you’ll find the living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a relaxing double bedroom, and the first full bathroom. Going up to the attic level, you’ll find an intimate space equipped with an additional double sofa bed and a convenient second bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for all guests. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and central air conditioning (available in the bedroom, living room, and attic).

The apartment features 2 private balconies perfect for enjoying the morning breeze, and offers access to a beautiful terrace shared with other guests, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
