NUMBER OF PERSON:
The apartment is ideal for 4 people but it can accomodate 1 more person on the sofa bed in the living room. It is absolutely not allowed to host more than 5 people. Larger groups will not be welcomed.
A baby cot and a chair for babies are available ON REQUEST.

PARKING:
There is, in addition to a reserved covered parking space within the condominium property, a large public parking outdoor parking at 20 meters from the property.

HOUSE RULES:
Not accommodate more than 5 people.
No pets allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony for the presence of a detector of fumes and gases into the house.
Avoid throwing objects or bulky substances in toilets and sinks to prevent clogging
Not occupy permanently with cars condominium common areas.
In case of strong wind close awning.
In case of heavy wind close the sunshades.
