Positives first: The staff was nice. It was very convenient to the coliseum which is why I chose this one. The beds appeared clean. Neutral: The overall cleanliness inside the room. It wasn’t filthy and I have stayed in a lot worse. Negative: I had to go ask for extra towels/wash clothes throughout our stay (only provided 2 for 4 of us). The place was run down. You could tell it had some upgrades (no carpet for one) but it was shoddy work. The counter in the bathroom was falling. The ice machine wasn’t in a safe, open area. No iron, coffee maker, hairdryer. The area didn’t seem like a very safe place.

The room had a very strange unpleasant odor. when I lifted they mattress cover and the bed sheets I realize the bed it self was dirty with stuff and under the sheets mattress cover also had little. Hairs and stuff on it
