This beautiful, sleek 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is centrally located in the Suncrest area of Morgantown. Beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances fill the kitchen, wood flooring throughout, spacious bedrooms & sleek furniture. It also boasts a workspace consisting of a desk and chair, so you're set if you are here for work or you just want to catch up on emails. No matter the occasion, this is the spot that'll make you feel like you're in the city, but at home all at once.
There are stairs leading up to the apartment, but the apartment is one level. May be difficult for elderly guests due to the stairs leading up to the apartment. There is a 24-hour Fitness Center on site, a key fob is provided in the apartment for access. Fitness Center can be accessed 24/7.
Perfect Suncrest location, lots of local restaurants and bars within a few minutes. Also access to the rail trail close by, if you like nature walks, biking, etc. Some really cool coffee shops close by, Stone Tower Brews, Tutto Gelato, Terra Cafe, Slight Indulgence to name a few. Definitely hit Mario's Fishbowl or Black Bear for some local flair (and great food).

WVU student visit
This apartment was perfect for my family to visit our WVU student. We were able to use the well-stocked kitchen and there was plenty of room for use to enjoy each other's company. The location was perfect, close to downtown but not in the commotion of game weekend. And best of all they were very accommodating and responsive going above and beyond.

Ideal location
Perfect apartment for our Morgantown stay. Close access to the restaurants, rail trail and the river park. Clean and nicely furnished. Will definitely return.

Labor Day weekend trip
Property was initially difficult to find due to a lack of signage outside, but once inside apartment was clean and very roomy. Very convenient to get to any place in Morgantown.
