This peaceful multifamily home is in a very walkable location, only a 0.5 mile walk to downtown Morgantown. Areas of this apartment have recently been remodeled and painted but it is an older home with the imperfections expected from a home this age. This apartment comes with the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay in South Park, a national historic district, near downtown Morgantown!
