Bring the family/friends and enjoy the Hot tub, get warm by the giant fire pit, enjoy a BBQ on the massive deck, relax in the hammocks or just take a short 3 min stroll to the private association beach on the famous Lake Winnipesaukee!

Bringing a boat? Use our boating slip at Quayside Yacht Club, just a 5 min drive, for an additional fee.

When reaching the property, you will enter through the garage. From there you will enter through the basement door. You will walk into the basement living room with TV and sound bar. There are Two bedrooms that have Queen size beds and each have their own ac/heating mini split. There is also a full size bathroom.

You will go up the 1st set of stairs to reach the main floor. The main floor consists of the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, Primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, main bathroom, front door, front deck, 3 season room and Hot tub and 2nd set of stairs to the additional 2 bedrooms.


The primary bedroom has a King size bed and a heated en suite bathroom.

The living room has large wood burning fireplace and 4K TV with sound bar and Sonos speaker.

Kitchen has very large attached island that seats 5.

Main full size bathroom is heated and has a washer and dryer.

The 3 season room is great to have morning coffee and used to access the Back deck/Hot tub.

You can go out the front door to access the large front deck. There you will find a gas grill and Traegar smoker, bar height round table with umbrella with seating for 4. There is plenty of additional seating around the propane table fireplace.

The 2nd set of stairs takes you to 2 additional bedrooms. The first one has a Queen bed and the second has 3 twin-XL beds. Both have their own AC/heating mini split.

Guest can access the entire home and nearly 1 acre property in the spring, fall and summer. In the winter, snow pack usually prevents most of the front deck use and back yard. There are two fire pits, one in the backyard and a large fire pit in the front yard guest can use to burn wood, roast hotdogs and cook smores during season. Firewood cut and stacked on property is available to use . Parking vehicles is not allowed in the garage. Guests can inquire about the golf cart rental rates and motor scooter rates. We have personal and property liability waivers each person driving and riding from each family must sign and send to us prior to renting.

Guest can access the association beach but must comply with association rules.

1. Pets leased and unleashed are not allowed on the beach unless passing thru to a boat.
2. Young Children must be supervised at all times.
3. The dumpsters in parking lot are for household trash only.
4. Small non-motorized boats, canoes and kayaks may be launched and retrieved from the beach.
5. No swimming, diving, playing or fishing off the boat docks.
6. Cars can drop off passengers but must be parked in the parking lot but not left overnight.
7. Limit use of tennis courts to 1 hour if others are waiting to play.
8. Speed limit is 15 Mph for all vehicles
9. No fireworks are allowed in beach area.
10. Chairs, tents or other personal items are to be removed from beach each day.
11. No Group flotation devices are allowed in association area.

Hale Pau Hana is a 3 min stroll to Lake Winnipesaukee via our private association beach. The unpaved area around the neighborhood is private for homeowners and guests. Golf carts and scooters or motorcycles are permitted just no quads (ATV). The area is quiet and nice for a morning or evening walks. There is a private association beach available for having a picnic, kayaking , swimming or sunbathing. There is a tennis court, basketball and beach volleyball available for guests. As well as a small playground for the little ones. The beach has 2 dumpsters for use for household trash. In the summer and fall there are portable potties located at the beach. The area next to the bridge is a public beach with a boat dock and it is a nice walk to other picnic areas and places along the lake. In the spring summer and fall there is a small grocery store nearby (JoJo’s) that has a nice butcher, deli and other household items. Elvios Pizzeria in Center Harbor delivers to our address when they are open.

you will need a car as there is no public transportation in this area. There are 2 public boat docks nearby. There is one right next to the bridge that is across the main street from our house. Our driveway and backyard are accessible to park a boat and trailer. There are grocery stores in Center Harbor and Meredith. Aubuchon Hardware store is near to fill propane bottles or for camping supplies. Great places to eat are Gusto’s, Canoe and Osteria Poggio in Center Harbor. Bob House, The Woodshed, Village Country Cooking Kitchen for breakfast in Moultonbourgh, Meredith has Lago, Lakeside Grill, George’s for breakfast, Surfside Burger Bar just to name a few. Take out Pizza from Elvios’s .

There is a public boat ramp 2 min away and there is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer at our house.

We have an association boating dock you can use for as a “pickup spot” for your guests. It is fairly shallow water so no deep hull boats, it can range from 4 feet in spring to 2 in the late fall. Be very careful for moorings, buoys, and shallow rocks.

If we have to drain the hot tub completely, fill and reheat, due to negligence we will charge a $500 penalty

Gross misuse of the Hot Tub will result in a $500 penalty.

FOR PARKING: please park only in the driveway and not in the garage.

You can access the garage with the keypad. Guest vehicles must stay in the driveway and there is plenty of room for 5-6 cars.

PLEASE no glassware at or near the hot tub. We have plastic cups for wine or drinks.


We have furniture covers for the outdoor furniture to keep them dry and clean for our guests. When using the furniture you can place the covers in the brown deck box. When checking out, or if rain/ snow is in the forecast, please cover them so they are ready for you to use and/or our next guests. Thank you.
