Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront Beach & Dock

This lake lovers waterfront gem welcomes you with glass front living areas, spectacular views and sun filled rooms. The main level of the home has an open concept living room & kitchen area which is spacious for entertaining and enjoying family time. Two large glass sliders open up to the deck area for outside dining and an inviting lake breeze. The kitchen has counter seating for 4 and a kitchen table which seats 6. Step out onto the deck for grilling and outdoor dining or peaceful moments and coffee while overlooking the gardens and a wide view of the lake.
Bedroom 1 is on the main level and has a king size bed and plenty of closet space. The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a living room/media space and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with a queen size bed and full size/twin size bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with windows and views to the lake. Bedroom 4 has 3 twin beds; twin bunkbeds and a single twin bed also with windows and views to the lake.
There is a washer and dryer available for your use. This outdoor haven has a private waterfront yard with serene sitting areas and lounge chairs. Patio allows for shaded seating area. Our private sandy beach has a shallow entry to the clear lake water, great for swimming, boating and fishing. Perfect for young children to play in the water.
The waterfront home has sleeping for a maximum of 12 guests.

A great week!!

Our family enjoyed an amazing week at the lake. The house was perfectly equipped for 8 adults and an infant, plus a few day visitors we had. Everything was super clean and even better than the pictures. We had great weather and spend hours in the lake and enjoying all the outdoor spaces. We went into Meredith twice for dinner, which was an easy drive, but otherwise prepared food since the kitchen had all we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. We definitely hope to return!!

Family friendly stay

11 of us stayed together (2 grandparents, 4 adults, 5 kids 3-12yrs old) and everyone had a great week. The swimming/beach area was great for the younger kids, while the dock and floating trampoline entertained the older kids. Boat launches are close and easy to use. The bedrooms in the house fit us very well. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor living spaces were wonderful with a good mix of sun and shade available all day.

Perfect Lake Stay

Our family enjoyed this stunning property and it really had it all. Outside is where we spent most of our time and having the numerous outdoor spaces, lawn, beach and deck, we were constantly entertained. Especially loved paddle boarding around the cove! Gorgeous views and amazing all day sun with shady options. Newly renovated downstairs was a pleasant surprise and so well done. Beautiful living space upstairs and all you need in a kitchen. Ample parking. Can’t wait to rebook!

Large family getaway

The property in the house were just perfect. Super clean everything just as in photos. Check in was really easy and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of beds in the house. Great set up outside on the lake, including a little sandy beach. Would definitely highly recommend this property to anyone with a large family or family gathering.

Fantastic Family Lake House

This is our 5th lake rental with my family and our favorite. Two outdoor hangout spots with gorgeous water views, small sandy beach access that my 3.5 year old loved playing in, lake trampoline, fire pit and the dock was large enough for the pontoon boat we rented. The house has a cozy feel but offers plenty of space. Lovely hosts too.

The Perfect Lake Vacation

The property is exactly as pictured. Being lakefront was key for us. We used the kayaks to explore the lake. The upper deck provided us a place to eat outside while enjoying the view. Great restaurants, fresh lobsters to cook at home, coffee, groceries, ice cream and more were all within driving distance. The house comfortably fit our 7 adults and one toddler. There are stairs so bring a baby gate. We had beautiful weather! Hosts were always only a text away and very diligent providing answers. House was clean with AC and well stocked with coffee makers, dishes, grilling equipment, and more. Highly Recommend!!

Beautiful spot to enjoy the lake

We had a lovely time here! The backyard is gorgeous - there's lots of spots to relax and enjoy the view, and it was convenient for us to dock our boat. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware, knives, etc. and the mini splits keep the house nice and cool. The only minor drawbacks are that the upstairs bedroom doesn't have AC and the door doesn't close all the way, and the funky spiral staircase is the only interior way to move between floors, which can be tricky if you have mobility issues or are carrying things (like a sleeping toddler.. lol). You're also a solid 25 min from the closest supermarket, but we knew that going in and loved the peaceful, secluded vibe. We fished, kayaked, and made big grilled dinners out on the deck - this is the kinda place you can stay at for days without leaving and never feel bored. Thank you Jean!

The lake house was clean and in a great location of the lake. The only issue we had was that the downstairs bathroom shower stall was a little small for an adult. Otherwise we had a great time at the house. The owners were very responsive to our queries.

Wonderful location and host

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The property is beautiful and we had use of many kayaks and floats. The dock was large enough for the pontoon boat we rented. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Jean was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the plumbing. I would highly recommend this property.
