Booked a room for 2 nights. Did not feel safe. Not a good location (next to a truck stop and the interstate). People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. 4 stink bugs and one roach in room. We left after the first night and inquired about a refund for the second night. I was told the manager would have to make that decision and the manager was not there but she would ask the manager. Took my information but never heard back and SURPRISE never got a refund.

The first room was clean but TV did not work. They finally moved me to another room after about a half hour of them telling me that there was nothing wrong, that the one in the lobby worked. The second room was also clean but the water was only luke warm so my shower was definitely not pleasant.

Room was clean, but overpowering aroma radiated from the sheets. It was strong. Thankfully it was an ok smell. Our room must have butted up to their laundry. At 7 something in the morning, the water and whoosh of machines woke us.

We are not staying at this hotel. There was furniture setting in the parking lot. The lobby looked like someone was living in it. The breakfast area was filthy. The room was not kept up and the lights did not work. Also this hotel sets right above a truck and was very noisy.
