Pool was very dirty and yellow: Recommend to go elsewhere.
We called ahead to confirm the pool was open, clean and functional. Were told yes, the pool is very nice. When arrived, I checked the pool and found is was so dirty you could not see the bottom and the water color was yellow.
Pointed this out to the front desk. They were going to shock clean it. Checked it the next day and looked worse.
We requested a discount and told this would most likely not happen, as the pool is an extra accessory to the room stay. I was to call the manager Linda on Monday. Called a few times, leaving messages. No call back or response of any form.
That said, the room itself was clean and nice. Breakfast was average but could have used some fruit to add to all the breads.
Based on the other reviews, there will probably be some apologies for the issues and a let me make it right. However, this is all after the fact. Should have be handled properly at the time.
