"My family and I stood here May 29, 2026 - May 31, 2026. The front desk representative Karen was very nice and accommodating. The ROOM wasn’t!!! The pillows were way too wobbly, the bed was hard, our so called lotion near the sink didn’t even have lotion in it!!! It actually had a clear substance that smelled like a multi -purpose cleaning liquid. In the bathroom the tiles had mold all over the place and the tub was dirty. The refrigerator was also another issue because it wasn’t cold enough to maintain beverages or food. I also find it very unfair that parents have to pay a full price for a child at the buffet when they don’t eat as much food as an adult."
