Mount Airy Casino Resort - Adults Only 21+
"We've been coming for years. I am always baffled by the spa options. There is no menu at the desk in the center hall to pool and exercise room. Whenever I ask for a what I used to call a day pass for the sauna, steam room and relaxation room, it is never available. It's only available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday based on availability (and we've been there on those days and it was not available). The price has also gone up: 2 hours for $100 and all day for $200. Ouch. If I recall, it was $95. Maybe they could at least allow you to make a reservation for this... I just wish that smoking was not allowed. Somehow on Friday and Saturday nights smoke gets into our room. The beds seem softer and plusher. So, they are very comfortable. The buffet has a great dessert selection. Sometimes the fish and turkey are a little dry. The holiday buffets used to be very good (there was an additional pasta bar, cheese/grapes), but since food has gone up, they have cut back and increased prices."
