There were too many things in the room that did not meet expectations. The heat was hard to adjust, the TV was hard to change channels and no guide, the barn door to the bathroom was horrible, didn’t close all the way and hard to move. The alarm was out of battery so unplugging it still didn’t help, and the alarm went off at weird hours and last, but certainly not least., There was no hairdryer in the room, which I didn’t notice until my hair was soaking wet.

I stay here often. Experience has always been good. This time not so much. Room was not cleaned properly. Bed sheets were bunched up and tons of hair in the bed and on the pillows. Was allowed to change rooms but had no double rooms available as I booked so had to move to a King room. That room was noisy from some sort of draft from the outside happening every 10-15 mins all night, ants were extremely bad in the bathroom, toilet was half flushing, heat went out overnight woke up to a cold room and shower door would not stay closed while showering. Attendants apologized and recommended I speak with the manager on Monday.

Wall was ripped up. Bathroom corner not fixed completely. No towels in luke ward pool. One hour before the end of breakfast was lacking any bacon and eggs were all with geen peppers. Pancakes took too long and were all under cooked. No napkins.
