The cabin was perfect for a girlsâ NYE weekend with our dogs. We enjoyed the remoteness of the cabin, views and wildlife. The cabin itself was very clean, welcoming and cozy. We would love to stay again in the spring or fall. I highly recommend Narnia!
it is a beautiful mountain cottage with wonderful panoramic view of the Blue Ridge and other mountains. The birds, deer and chipmunks keep you company. The home and property are clean and well kept. A couple of minuses is lack of wi-fi and TV service.
Getting to this place is challenging if you are uncomfortable with country roads. The main roads coming from any direction are two lanes and curvy. the last road is unpaved and one lane. The final approach is a steep farm road.. An all wheel drive is recommended The good news is that there is very little traffic.I grew up in this area so I am OK with country roads.
All said we were very pleased with our four day vacation five hours away from the city.
