The space was very well designed allowing for all the amenities needed in a compact space. The room was clean and the appliances were new. The location was perfect! Right at the main plaza, next to the bus tours and just feet away from the train station. Having a Nespresso in the room and fresh baked pretzels every morning was a lovely bonus.

The check in and check out is Ultra fast. The location is excellent. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are brilliantly furnished. But the autopark situation is awful. It says there is autopark but never available for two days. I paid 45E Euros per day for Autoparking outside in Parkhaus. If you have a car, i don't reccommend. But if you are without car, this is an excellent hotel which i will be revisiting again.

Very well situated. If you ever want to do one of those day trip, the bus station is directly in front of the door. Marienplatz is about 7 min of walk on across the streets. Subway and tram station at the door step too. The room was clean and yes, small, but that fact was already clear when I booked the hotel. The two small downfalls are: a) there is no mini fridg in the room, which makes it hard to do a small grocery if you stay for many days like I did, and b) my shower was kind of a design nightmare. I had to either turn on the faucet, splash some water outside the shower and on the exterior of the shower door while it warms up (and it can take a while depending of how many guests used the warm water... I had to crank mine to 100% hot water) or cramp myself in the opposite corner of the shower, get splashed by cold water, but have the door close. Basically, the shower door opens on the inside instead of the outside which would be logical for such a small place. Would still recommend.

Check in time was very strict despite the room availability. Early access costs 20 Euros. Central air conditioning was 30C in October ( pretty hot). Reception staff were generally friendly except one who was very strict and unfriendly on most occasions. Access to the room was cancelled early on the morning of our last day even before checkout. Bathroom shutter was not working for the length of our stay. Morning snacks were very nice and delicious.

This is the perfect hotel if you have booked excursions from Munich. It is near the area the tour buses depart from, and there is a train station directly in front of the building. It’s located on a busy street, so it’s a bit loud.

The staff was nice. The rooms are small, but clean and the bed is comfortable. It is near a metro stop and tram. No need to pay a taxi from the airport or bus/train station.

Right beside the train station! Some of the reviews had me worried this was going to have a hostel vibe, but I thought it was lovely. Clean, new facilities. Some reviews said the rooms were too small: Book a Marriott if that's what you're looking for. We came from a bunch of boutique hotels in Italy before our stop in Munich and I can safely say our Double Room here was the biggest hotel we stayed in on this trip. Service staff were so lovely.
