Really nice hotel beautifully renovated and very comfortable for the price range. Service was very quick and very helpful. We arrived late at 10pm, and were unfortunately greeted outside the entrance by a homeless man high and was uncommunicative and made entering the building difficult. First impressions was poor due to that, but once inside we were very impressed. Despite our encounter I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was exactly as described and had everything you needed for a city break. Great location for public transport and the Old Town. Room clean and functional. Easy to check-in even out of hours. Air conditioning worked well.

Close to the main station, on the edge of the historical center, with a supermarket 1 minute away (in the metro). Great, secure luggage storage as well!

Close to the old town Centre and main railway station was good.We were their in spring and weather was cold and central heating was turned off for summer and air conditioning doesn’t heat so it was too cold in the room and external shutter in our room did not work and staff not very interested in arranging repairs.

The room itself was very small, but then again it was sufficient for a solo traveler. It had everything in a small space.Room amenities were good with coffee maker espresso maker provided. No view from the hotel. Hotel is convenient to the hop on and off bus service, metro and most day trip tours leave from here. Only real complaint I have about this place is the exterior. Lots of homeless people and youngsters that sat in front of the door smoking and hanging out. Other than that the stay was convenient.

The room is just as the described and in the pictures. Friendly front desk staff. No breakfast but some really hard to chew pretzels available for free. Small room? Yeah but works well for a single traveler and confident location to downtown, central station and tram stop. Room was facing inside is it was quiet. In room Nespresso coffee machine is really good and remote controller shades are useful. Many TV channels don't work but dozens works so it's all good. Pillows are little too thin but works for a night or two

The room was fine but tight for a family of four. The area immediately around the hotel was a little rundown but it's a quick walk to the town center and train station. Notes: the included breakfast was only pretzels and pastries. No fruit or protein.

Parking garage is extremely small , difficult to park a large vehicle. 1 electrical outlet in the entire apartment, 1 light switch for the entire apartment, Pull out couch uncomfortable, key card had to be reset several times .
