As always as I mentioned, the Frontdesk did a great job and always said hello to us when passing by. The room is very good except for the bathroom shower, which is very slippery due to the openness of the shower stall which splashes water everywhere. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and the staff is spectacular.

There is not enough room to list failures. This is not a 5 star hotel perhaps only in facilities offered. The front desk needs a major overhaul and even the management who were conspicuous by their absence

Front desk were all very friendly and helpful for us as we checked in and helped with any issues. Hotel lobby and lounge area were very well kept and beautiful. We did enjoy breakfast at the hotel bar and appreciated the water and coffee while either heading out or arriving back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel and would book again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Munich to stay here. Thank you

4 amazing days. Just back from a great city break. Hotel superbly located for the main train station and a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. Staff incredibly helpful and courteous. Rooms really spacious and of a high quality. Spa excellent and the bar area was a really nice vibe - would definitely stay again!
