Breakfast was fabulous! Great variety. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about places to visit and to eat. The hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, although a little challenging along cobblestones with suitcases! Neighbourhood was poorly lit after dark. The room was very disappointing. So tiny, you had to step into the corridor to change your mind. We had no room to put our suitcases but on the bed in the morning and on the floor at night, leaving a minefield of luggage and clothing to navigate. If we spent any time in the room there was not a single chair so had to sit on the bed, which we couldn't because that's where our suitcases lived! The bathroom was clean and well lit. However, there was very limited shelving for two people for three nights. Items were always knocked on the floor which, well, ick. Wouldn't recommend for more than one night.

Room was clean and modern, except for ugly matted down shag carpet on floor. Huge balcony but view not impressive. Staff were very nice and accomodating. No bar as advertised, just an honor system fridge and beer tap in lobby. Quite odd. Elevator is 5 steps up from main level so not simple for seniors/disabled. Close to train station 10 euro ride.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Location is on a busy corner with plenty of construction nearby and could get somewhat noisy. If your plans involve using the train system multiple times this property may work for you since the Central Station is only a few blocks away. The walk to the hub- Marienplatz is approximately 25 minutes. Also, if you’re accustomed to maid service, this may not be the spot for you. If your going for Oktoberfest, it will be easy to get there.

Reservation king bed: given Queen size Neighborhood very sketchy. Not a feeling at all of cleanliness Receptionist describes it as “very multicultural” neighborhood. Nothing but men hanging around together. No Germans around if that’s what you are thinking before you get there. Room very spacious and clean. Forget about parking in streets- gotta pay $19 euros per night.

Excellent hotel for budget price but location isn’t the best. Safe etc but doesn’t necessarily feel like you’re in Munich as it’s a bit of a walk from the old town, but, it’s a brilliant option on a budget and it didn’t impact our experience. Extremely clean, FANTASTIC shower, really helpful and polite staff. Thank you!
