The Space:

The former store is located on the ground floor of a residential building not far from the Theresien Wiese. On 60mÂČ the converted and renovated 2-bedroom apartment offers space for up to 12 people. The bright living area offers comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds. A Smart TV with Zatoo Live TV function and a large dining table are also part of the equipment. The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Bedroom 1 offers 1 single and 1 double bed as well as 3 sleeping options on the plateau. Bedroom 2 offers 2 large double beds. The renovated bathroom has a rain shower/WC and washer. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the location with very good connections to the city center.

The Götheplatz subway station is only a few minutes' walk away. With the lines U3 and U6 you are very well connected to the whole of Munich.

The apartment is a former store transformed in an apartment. It’s right on the street, you feel the people in all the sections of the apartment. It’s really well located, there’s a supermarket right in front of the apartment, really great. It’s close (about 5-7 min walk) to the Oktoberfest in MĂŒnchen, so probably great for a bunch of drunk students! The beds are not really comfortable for adults but were ok for the kids (as the mattress were all thin. Everything is from IKEA. The pillows were awful, in fact they are decorative pillows, absolutely no support for your head. There’s a dryer/washer which is great, should have detergent included (as for the dishwasher) and leave instructions to let us how it works. English informations would be really appreciated, the one in German were great but you need a translation app to be able to read them. There is 2 weird kind of western aspenite panels that separate the room of for bed to the double deck bed, which is not useful
 For the bathroom, shower is great, the room is splitted on 2 levels (kind of a former backstore), the bath fan is running continuously and finally the shower silicone seams should be cleaned and/or redone properly. The stores are missing in the windows and curtains are missing too.We appreciated our time in Munich and got this apartment for a good price. If the owner could correct the items listed above, we would easily go back again. My kids (6 and 11) really liked the structure to sleep on the second floor.

As listed, the apartment has a lot of beds. Our kids slept in the room with the loft, so they each had their own area. We arrived late at night, so it initially took us a bit to find the apartment, as it's a former store and still has the sign above the front door and window. There is a grocery store right across the street, so very convenient.

Bunkhouse Feel With Nice Amenities

Be flexible; room for ten but sleeping in three areas next to each other, like a hostel. And all using the one bathroom. Kitchen/bath are well appointed but the house is a former shop/storefront right on the street. Men from the barber next door stand on the sidewalk smoking from morning to night, and street only parking can be far as it fills up. Well recommend this nice room if you need the beds and are taking the metro to downtown (multiple bakeries & Brauhaus adjacent).
