Solides und schlichtes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr solide und in die Jahre gekommen. Wer Komfort und Luxus möchte,ist hier falsch. Das Haus verfügt über eine absolute Mindestausstattung, mehr nicht. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. nicht vorhanden. Bäder und Interieur sehr alt. Das Haus besticht allerdings mit seiner unbestechlichen Lage direkt am Strand. Der Zugang ist direkt durch den eigenen Garten und man ist am Meer. Wer also nicht so viel Wert aufs Haus legt, sonder mehr auf Lage,ist hier richtig.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok (Oktober)

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und hat die volle Punktzahl verdient - nur ein paar Schritte bis zum wunderschönen Meer. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Oktober ist ok. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige Dinge könnte man bereits mit kleinem Aufwand aufwerten indem man defekte Dinge ersetzt (WC-Deckel, Schranktür, Duschschlauch usw). Schlüsselübergabe mit Verwaltung hat problemlos geklappt. Wlan nicht funktionstüchtig.

Mooi huis met perfecte ligging aan het strand. Bedden en douche kunnen beter voor wat grotere Europeanen (Bedden liggen door en douche te klein)

Perfect location

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, they also dealt with our only issue promptly. Our only problem was that the shower cabin is a bit too small, but other than that this house is amazing! 1 min walk from the most beautiful beach of Europe, close to shops and restaurants, what else do you need? :)
