The property is a mess!! When we pulled in nothing had been blown off. The pool was dirty. Just walking up the steps to the entrance was dirty! The house needs a deep cleaning. Carpet needs to be replaced. Needs to be painted. Trash was left behind furniture. Found silverware in room with food on it. Many things just broken in and outside the house. This house could be nice if it was taking care of. I would not recommend staying here!!!! They had to move my family to another property the next day so our vacation didn’t start until Monday. I’ve never had an experience like this. Dunes should comp me for at least a day we lost on our vacation!!

It was a great location and setup for family.

There was a empty Dr Pepper can between couch and Kleenex. The shower door was off track in the bedroom upstairs and feel on my husbands foot cutting it. Carpet needs replacement. But I would stay again.

Great house

The house and location was wonderful. It could use a deep cleaning, new carpet and new mattresses upstairs.

Family beach week

Great location, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for family to stretch out in the sunny family room/dining room and deck.
