The view was great. Had several places walking distance. But the hotel needs a renovation badly. It was spots all over the room. Damaged cabinets and furniture. The stove was dangerous for small children with knobs up front. No safety locks on patio doors. Room needed better cleaning. The pools were heated but they had all doors and panels removed. When the weather is low 70s and high winds area was real good. The pools need better cleaning and no pool towels. They have good water pressure but the bathroom faucets are to hard and shuts water everywhere. One toilet was leaking and lop siding. Never saw any security. Not having house keeping wasn’t on hotels.com. Had to wash your own towels. Only provided 2 trash bags and no dishwasher tabs. Then got email day before stating if trash wasn’t removed and dishes washed would get extra charges. This is a hotel not private condo. Not offering basic house keeping services is ridiculous. Then leaving we had horrible weather. They only seem to have couple of luggage carts. The drop off on side is so small. Totally chaos trying to load vehicle. Just was very disappointed with so many things here. Would not stay here again.

I didn’t like the conditions of the rooms, it was poorly cleaned, the ceiling was leaking dripping onto the rug with had started to form mold. Cabinet doors were barely hanging on it needs major repairs and updating

When I arrived to the hotel the front desk person tried to charge me 200.00 extra for the room, I called three times before I came and verified the amount and luckily wrote it down in my phone along with the date. She eventually was honest and said I’ll just charge you what you owe. I paid almost 1,400.00 for a 3 bedroom condo that was not cleaned well at all. Mold all on ceilings, broken chairs, I saw 4 roaches during my stay in our room, dishes dirty and trash under couch and behind dresser in room. No trash bags in the room, and only 1 remote for a 3 bedroom condo. I have a newborn and I was not comfortable at all it was not clean. I called and went to the service desk and they said it was nothing they could do . I would really like some of my money back.

Pros: Couple steps from beach, pool areas was spacious, good pool size and clean. Rooms comfortable plus washer and dryer units. Cons: No housekeeping, check in across the street, not in same building ,staff not readily available. Two incidents regarding lack of security as strangers can easily walk into hotel.

This was a bit of a disappointment, upon entering our place we noticed it was dirty. What looked like melted chocolate ice cream was on the fridge and floor and smeared all over the curtains. There was thick dust on all the lights and doors, scuff marks and just dirt on the walls even the headboard to the bed. We went down and notified reception who stated someone would be up to clean it. They never showed up. There was no coffee pot and no blankets for the bed. The dishes were all missmatched and the jet tub did not work. The furniture had tears on them and what looked like marker or crayons marks on them. The washer and dryer were covered In sand. Thats just the particular room 2007 that we were in. The 2 outside hot tubs were cold. The inside hot top was dirty with stuff floating all through the water. Everything was dirty or rusty. The staff completely ignored your pressence the entire time. We were definitely not satisfied and did leave early.

First arrived check in was 4pm, we arrived 5:15pm still had to wait get into room at 6pm. The room is so damaged mold nasty walls, ripped current, couldn’t use murphy bed mattress was nasty including the 2 queen mattress. Stains felt honestly like sleeping on box spring not comfortable at all. We had no choice but to stay or go home. Next day went to beach came back around 12pm and no water take shower. Was not made aware of. The next day fire alarm went off around 11pm at night some kind of electrical issue elevators. Went front desk ask what was wrong they had no clue that the alarm was going off in building to get out. Please first arrive while waiting check in 3 ppl checked out because the conditions of the room. On top of others complaining asking for refunds and to be moved. Just run far far away from this place. County needs shut it down start over. This use be 5star luxury hotel. Just find somewhere else stay its not worth it

Convenient location. A/c in the room wasn’t the best, we had it set at 68 and it was always still around 77. The room could use a little updating with cabinets that didn’t show wear and carpets that weren’t falling apart.
