I didn’t feel I should have been charged the resort fee since we couldn’t check in until 4pm and we only stayed the night. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool/waterpark. I would definitely stay again hopefully for longer time.

We booked through a 3rd party, I would suggest direct. I feel like we got the worst rooms they had because of it. We paid for an upgrade to Ocean View. What we got was the second floor, behind trees, looking at the rubber roof for the run down closed up gift shop below. It is an older property, but clean. The workers are very helpful and they do keep it clean. The water park, is for younger kids at best. If you have 10 year olds or up...not the best.

Staff, very good. Pools and installations in general needs some maintenance, the appearance looks too old. WiFi very bad, the tv suffered a disconnection and our devices never could connect to Wi-Fi, although we need to disconnect from virtual world, always is necessary. Excellent place in front of the beach, the seens from room are fantastic. Towels always available. The waterpark is a plus, simple but funny. Easy access to beach.

Hotel was OK. Room smelt very wet but we came in late and we were tired to ask to be moved. The room was above the AC units for the hotel and the hotel next door, so it was noisy. Other than that, ok. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. The shower was ok. Bed were ok. Amenities were good. Pool, arcade, access to waterpark next door, restaurant on the property, right on the beach. Overall ok experience. But upgrades are needed. I feel we paid too much for what it was.

We had a nice quiet stay with our 8 yr old. We enjoyed the pool and Waterpark as well as the fun zone. Close to many stores and restaurants. Right on the beach for very fast access to the beach.

Needs some improvements, but has it's great points

Overall, we had a good time. The check-in and checkout was easy. The amenities were good lots of things for kids to do and enough places to eat within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was outdated.. You could tell the beds were at least 5 to 10 years old It felt like. The walls were very thin and we had a hard time sleeping. People played loud music way into the night like after 12 or 1 o'clock from the pool area and balconies. Security patrolled but really didn't say too much about it. All of the rooms around us you could hear when people open and close the doors to the balcony and shook the whole room. We had to call Security a couple of nights due to fighting in an adjacent room. There is no maid service throughout the week so you have to request new towels and washcloths and take your own trash out. It's little things like this that make a big difference when you're paying this much a week for vacation you just expect not to have to do these things. There is room for improvement, but overall we had a good time, but I don't think we'll stay there again.
