There are no washrooms on the main floor , only washrooms were on the second floor and they were small . It was faster to back to your room to use the washroom . Im sure there is a lot of urine in the pools

Will never stay at this resort again it is very dirty one of the worst resorts in the area. If you’re gonna come to the area, you can get way nicer resorts at a way cheaper price. Nothing luxurious about this resort.

First off i cone in early on instead Wednesday i was sooo tired of driving 400 miles i had car trailer for car show they told i couldn't leave car trailer on there property with all the parking space they had say no trailers overnight i came in the hotel at 200am that was uncall for that im still disappointed with them

Overall alright

No pizza pans, gave us one small soap bar for 4 people, ac didnt work properly. Didnt tell us about 250 deposit for possible damage to room or 15 dollar a day parking fee. Pools, Waterpark and hotubs were nice and well kept. Need more elevators it wasn't even crowded and it took forever to get to snd from rooms! Overall ok.

The only perk about this place is the pool and the waterpark, the rooms have very thin walls to where you hear every little thing the people next to you hear, my room didn’t have a shower curtain has macitence come and expected to have them install it and they looked at me as if I was the one that had to, the smell of weed and cigarettes take up the rooms as well from people not listening to any sort of rules. If you are looking for a good time in Myrtle Beach then I would please encourage you to look elsewhere.

Light bulb blowed in bathroom, front desk didn't answer phone, breakfast was good, arcade was nice, wonderful view of ocean, kid friendly, if the resort has a lot of guests hot water runs out quickly, kitchen fully stocked, appliances worked great, clean, quiet, overall things went smoothly

The whole weekend my hotel room didn’t have hot water. I was told that it would be fixed in 30 minutes. Came back hours later and my water still was cold. Very unhappy especially after paying the price I paid for the weekend.
