I was extremely disappointed with my stay at The Dunes. The property was in terrible condition and not worth the money paid. The pool faces the main street, so everyone walking or driving by can see you — zero privacy. The elevator area was dirty, the carpet was stained, the ice machine looked like it had mildew, and the elevator had a foul smell. The wallpaper was peeling, and the room numbers were clearly altered with whiteout (#3 was actually #8). The carpet on the floors was stained throughout, the stairwell was painted dark brown making it hard to see at night, and the rooms themselves smelled unpleasant. The bathroom was extremely small, and the air conditioner was loud. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and uncomfortable. I would never stay here again. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. I deserve a full refund.

They have to repair something in my bathroom and never sending somebody clean all the dust and all garbage in my bathroom i have to clean myself

We stayed in the Paradise towers oceanfront queen suite. The room was very spacious and the view was beautiful. The front desk was very attentive whenever we needed something. The resort was in walkable distance from a lot of restaurants and shopping options, which was great, and there was also a restaurant within the Palm Tower area. I will be parking options and the different towers were a little confusing at first. There is another resort that separates the Towers form eachother, so if you're not paying attention you may end up in that resort by mistake. They did have lots of pool option which was wonderful, but most people with kids eneded up at the Paradise Towers which made it a little crowded at times and the pools get dirty faster. Overall a wonderful stay.

This is a non-smoking property. The occupant next to us was smoking. I asked them to stop; they told me to mind my own business. It kept blowing into our unit, causing us to become nauseous. I called the front desk to report the matter and inform them that we would be checking out. I am to receive a refund. I paid in full. In advance. Please advise.

Our stay at the Breakers was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were newly renovated and it was ample space for our family. The pool areas and splash pad were also decent but the best part was beach access and ocean view from our balcony.
