liked courtesy of all staff, cleanliness of all pool areas. dining on property was very good. Easy to drive to other attractions, restaurants, shopping etc. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends! Negative-did not like condition of door frame, could tell had been forced open several times, sloppily repaired. complained about fan unit making strange asthmatic noises on last night and day

Checked in at 4:10 pm was told room wasn’t ready yet we would get a call when the room was ready did not get our key till 8pm so after a 10 hour drive with 2 kids had to wait an additional 4 hours for our room and the basic answer from the front desk was basically oh well. When we finally got up to our room it stunk of mildew place needs to be updated needles to say will be outta here in the morning

I have stayed at this property years ago so decided to go again. VERY disappointed. Check in is at 4pm. Waited over 2hrs before a room was ready. Lobby was full of very unhappy guests. I realize it is hard to find workers so gave benefit of the doubt. Went to room and was taken back by the SEVERE smoke smell. We left the doors open to air it out when we were in the room. Our belongings smell like smoke. We cleaned the filters to the air conditioner. Not sure they have ever been cleaned. Shower drain was filled w/hair so water would not go down. WE also cleaned the drain …gross. No remote for one of the TVs. Furniture was very dirty. Used a sheet to sit on it. The dishes were very nice and kitchen was fully furnished. I know nothing is perfect but for the price I was very disappointed.
