Location was fine. You can walk right on to the beach. Love that. Resort had alot hot tubs which was good. Nice bar and restaurant onsite.The resort needs to be updated. Furniture was stain in the living room. Chair on balcony was broken. Stove and refrigerator dated. No dishwasher. Curtains in the living room were dirty. 2.5 The resort property is great and family friendly with multiple pools and restaurants /bar. Location is great and opens up to beach. But service is not satisfactory. Called frontdesk multiple times but never got them in the room. No room cleaning despite asking for it, asked for toiletries and condiments and they weren't delivered despite reminders. Something needs to be done about it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even on a busy holiday weekend they were very accommodating.

Location is great. Hotel needs major upgrades, at least in the building I stayed in. The AC unit had a very loud rattling noise all night! Other than that the place is good if all you need is a place to sleep.
