Toilet leaked on floor, bathroom fan ,tv didn’t work also shower handle fell off manager would not give us a different room said he would have it fixed 4 hours later we came back and the room was tore apart maintenance man said he didn’t know when it would be fixed we left and went to a different place

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. From the moment we checked in, the room was a major letdown. It was noticeably dirty, with an unpleasant smell and stained cover sheets that didn’t appear to have been changed. The AC panel was loose and falling, and when maintenance arrived to fix it, the technician stepped on one of the chairs with his dirty shoes — completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of cleanliness made for an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I expected much better, especially given the price. Due to the poor condition of the room, we decided to shorten our stay by a night. Definitely not what we expected.

When I booked the resort I paid extra for an ocean view. The first room they put us in was tiny with no view. I immediately called the front desk and they put us on the construction side and we had to go on the balcony to see the water. Construction didn’t bother me as much as not getting the room I paid for.

Upon entering the room, I encountered roaches, which was extremely distressing. When I reported the issue, the response I received from staff was dismissive, as if it were not a significant matter. Additionally, the pool water appeared grey and unclean, raising hygiene and safety concerns. The condition of the pool bathroom was also unacceptable—it was very dirty and had a strong smell of urine. Given these issues, I believe a follow-up is necessary. I respectfully request that the hotel manager contact me directly to address this situation. I would of appreciate a response and resolution to these concerns, as this experience was far below the standard I expected. But the manger never contacted me.

The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We didn’t get fresh towels the day before we left. The ac unit was very noisy. The bathroom is a joke! Tub and shower left a lot to be desired. The staff at the desk were the only thing good about the hotel

Older model hotel, the hallways and elevator could use an upgrade. The room was clean with a great view, restaurants and shops were within walking distance and when you step out the back of the hotel, you are on the beach
