Toilet leaked on floor, bathroom fan ,tv didn’t work also shower handle fell off manager would not give us a different room said he would have it fixed 4 hours later we came back and the room was tore apart maintenance man said he didn’t know when it would be fixed we left and went to a different place

Just what we were looking for for our stay with our six year old granddaughter I do suggest trying to get a suite because it is in the building with the lazy river also we had an ocean view corner suite and it was the best 😉😍👍

The resort is clean, location is close to all attractions. Breakfast is okay. Amanda at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming but angel was rude and so unprofessional. I needed to exchange my pool towels with new ones,she made me wait with my wet clothes over in hour in line with 8 families to check in . Parking is free and plenty of spaces. Full kitchen to prep and cook meals.

If you are looking for beach, pool, drinks and food plus a great staff. This is it. One large pool, a lazy river, indoor pool, an indoor/outdoor pool, 2 kid pools and 2 hot tubs! A bar with food and fantastic drinks (after 11 am).

The area is beautiful. The first morning, i found that my bathroom sink was leaking. Not just dripping but pouring out whatever was draining from the sink onto the floor. Let the front desk know and they had maintenance come in to fix it. Both nights i was there, when i was watching TV, the service kept getting interrupted with error messages. The morning i left, i tried to use one of the ice machines but nothing came out. The parking isn't that great either! Other than that, the room was spacious and clean.
