There was a lot of construction around our building so we had to walk around to get to the beach. The room smelled musty due to a sopping wet carpet. An industrial fan was provided but it just made the entire condo feel damp. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and the light above the kitchen sink was burned out.

Don't go until next year

The hotel is nice, the city is doing construction right alongside the property. The breakfast consisted of several items that came frozen, were microwaved, and then sat in the buffet table until they were various colors of rubber.

Nice view of the Beach! I stay here twice a year. Very pleased with the accommodations. Except I was disappointed with the breakfast this time. The variety was not like they had in the past.

Clean room with a great ocean view. Hotel staff were helpful. Included breakfast was meh, but the staff stocking the buffet were very friendly and nice.

We thought we saw a but in our kitchenette the first night, but didn’t see it a second time. Until our last night when my husband took his clothes out of the dresser. He killed four roaches that night. We let front desk know and asked if we wanted to switch rooms. We checked out first thing in the morning. They told us at checkout to contact Expedia for a refund of the room.

The ladies at the office were wonderful and so helful. This hotel use to have a great breakfast at the rose room, but now they are cutting back. Having to deal with the construction was difficult. Will check out other hotels for future trips.
