The place is so old it needs to be rebuilt. Our room had flickering light bulb, leaking shower, the doors didn't lock properly. It smelled old and very dank.

The water at the beach was great. Many shops were still open. The food was great at Peaches. Tha hotel was very nice and clean. We had a wonderful time

Had 2 great ocean views from the room. Staff was very friendly when i checked in, however there was a different staff member the next evening when i asked for quarters for the laundry, she was so disgusting and rude and only seemed into the 2 guys she had there talking to her. She definitely needs a different job. Shes should not be in customer service. Other than her, everything else was great. The housekeeper was fantastic and kept the room stocked and cleaned.

Beach view was amazing, room was nice but a little outdated. Carpet needs to be replaced. Overall it was a nice place and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and fresh. We would stay here again if we were to go back.

Our stay at Dayton House was overall positive. The pool area was very nice and all of the staff were friendly. Rooms were what you would expect for a budget hotel, older and could be cleaner but overall decent. The carpet in the rooms is what made it feel dirty, I made sure we keep my shoes on. Housekeeping only replaced towels everyday, no other cleaning occurred. The view was great and the beach in front of the hotel was nice.

The room and amenities were clean. However the noise from construction was difficult to deal with especially as somrone with disabilities.
