This place is a disgusting, DIRTY hotel! Upon our arrival at 5:30 pm, our room wasn't ready even though check in was at 4pm. We got a different room after waiting for some time. We entered the room to find hair all over the floors, holes in the shower walls, 6" pieces of plaster missing from the ceiling, mirrors so dirty that you couldn't see in them to apply makeup, the safe didn't work, the tv remote didn't work, the peep hole cover was broken, the bathroom floor around the toilet was a disgusting mess, there was no toilet paper, there were dirty linens outside our door (not ours) for over 24 hours. Our bed linens had cigarette burns on them (non smoking hotel???). Also, the AC seemed to be dying by our 3rd day! Our key cards didn't work after 2 days! The positive things: there was hot water.....even from the cold spigot. There is only 1 ice machine in this 17 floor hotel. Good luck finding it. There is insufficient parking spaces, for the number of rooms. If we could've found a room somewhere else, we would've. We drove 10+ hours to get to this cesspool! Do not believe the pictures on the site, they are not accurate at all! Also, the pools are littered with garbage!

Everything about the property was great, I only gave a 4 star rating because the bed was very uncomfortable. We've stayed here before over the years and never have had a bed this uncomfortable.

Hidden Gem

Do not sleep on this resort. It is not the newest kid on the block, but the vibes make it a 5star experience. From breakfast at the onsite restaurant to karaoke at the bar in the evening. You don't have to leave the property to have a great time.

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed at in my life. Please don't book here. This used to be a nice place but not now. The furniture is old and stained; the floors and bathroom were dirty. The locks didn't appear to be fully latched--just horrible.

I paid in advance, for a beachfront room with a balcony, what they gave me was a side view with a balcony. When questioned, i was told expedia sold me a me a room that didn't exist and all they could offer was beachfront with a window. After calling expedia all they could offer me was a $50 refund. Later the resort offered a semi beachfront that any one could look into the room cuz it was u shaped. Terrible experience from both the resist and expedia. Same on both.

The property was at a great location and the staff worked very hard to make the experiencenice. It had everything you would want at a beach resort...indoor/outdoor pool,spa, hot tub, gym and oceanfront. One negative: its a bit too party oriented for it to be a good "family"resort. I would not want to bring young children here to witness grown people being drunk and acting like they are in college again.

Good location and view from the room balcony was excellent. Bed and bedding were good and big rooms. The room was not cleaned very well. Inside kitchen cabinets were dirty and roaches. Top of refrigerator was really dirty. Roaches in the bathroom. I asked for the room to be sprayed for roaches but I'm not sure it was done. I only found one dead roach when I returned in the evening, but I found a lot of live roaches still in the cabinets and some in the bathroom.

Bought an ocean front room and it was definitely not. Everything is outdated, super dirty. You can tell they haven’t bought new beds in years. Definitely not relaxing I would not recommend especially for the price.
