The resort is located right on the beach. There is a great beach bar on the property with excellent live music! Our room had an ocean view with a balcony. However, when we arrived we noticed a horrible stench and water was seeping on the floor. We called the front desk and maintenance arrived quickly. They dried it up and left the industrial fan to make sure it was dry. When we woke up on our first morning the toilet was overflowing with yuck. We called again and maintenance came quickly. Also the room next to us had water?????coming out of their room and that was what caused the water from the previous day in our room. It was disgusting. We were without a bathroom for the entire day. For four days we had an industrial fan and a dehumidifier in our unit.

The property it's nice on the outside, but the rooms are outdated. Frigerator had a roach in it, if you see one, there is more it needs to be replaced, very old. Bathtubs are not clean at all. Looks as if dirt is set in need to be soaked in bleached. Or replaced,

If a hotel could be a Catfish, this would be it. We booked this hotel because of location and because the website looked as though the hotel was amazing with many amenities. We drive 6 hours and paid over $500 to arrive at this dump. We arrived at 2pm instead of 4pm but the desk staff informed us that our room was in fact ready and that we could check in early and that was great. We got to the room and the cleaning staff was still on the floor and a lady informed us that she had just sprayed bleach on the door handle…ok…we proceed carefully and cautiously as to not bleach our closets and luggage only to enter what can only be described as a dope hole. The room was atrocious. It was filthy and raggedy and the parts of the bed didn’t connect to each other. I found a hypodermic needle cap and a hiding hole with what I assume was a forgotten bottle of dope. This room has definitely at one time or other been used to get high. I returned to the desk and the desk clerk was quite dismissive and told me that if I had a cleanliness issue, housekeeping could go back and the units are privately owned…no sir…I will not stay in the trap…let me show you pictures of where you all tried to put me…his response, oh, let me see where else we can put you. Long story short, he gave us a second room that wasn’t quite as bad as the first but still horrible. I declined to accept that one as well and he sent us to a 3rd unit…there’s not enough space for me to finish everything that was wrong.

No lights in parking garage. Door to balcony would not lock or completely close. Bathroom sink had shavings in it. There was long black hair on the bathroom floor. The safe was rusted and the baseboards all needed replaced or painted. There was only one working lamp. The floor lamp blinked on and off until I unplugged it. The bed springs made a noise every time I moved. The room next to us was noisy until after 4am.

Horrible

Room 1739 was a dirty, moldy, humid, unkept room. We were literally slipping and sliding on the floors due to the dampness of the room. The sink didn’t drain; we couldn’t even brush our teeth without it nearly overflowing. There was mold on the ceilings, walls, and even the bedding skirt. There was dirty clothing and sheets outside of our door for days that we had to walk around to enter the hallway. It was an expensive stay for a nasty room. I have attached photos.

Value for the money

When i first checked in it was great, the front desk person was very very nice and friendly but that’s the best I can say The room I reserved wasn’t the room I reserved. The room was suppose to be a suite with a full kitchen and a king bed but instead I got 2 double beds and no oven but a cook top and microwave oven. The room was semi clean, the bathtub/shower didn’t look clean and it looked like paint was coming off the bottom of the tub. The kitchen isn’t very well stocked and the lots were dirty. I had to buy dish soap and wasn’t provided dishwasher detergent. The property itself is good, nice pool, a lazy river and the evenings you can listen to live music. You’re literally steps from the beach. Overall for the price it’s pretty good place to stay for a couple of days

We had a 2-bedroom suite and for the price per night I expected nicer showers, dishwasher was rusted inside, beds could've been nicer. The stairways and hallways really need some renovations and a friendlier smell. The parking garage is definitely not truck friendly. It was a struggle to park every time.

Disappointing Stay- odor, professionalism From the moment we entered, the entire property was overwhelmed by an unpleasant odor. The overall condition felt worn and neglected, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the staff did not demonstrate the level of professionalism one would expect from a reputable hotel. We chose to check out after just one night and will not be returning.
